Wine is one of the pillars of Mediterranean culture and has always been extremely important for Can Fabes. This is why our wine cellar is one of the crucial elements in our restaurant and this is also why the Cuvée Santamaria was born in 2005, wines and cava designed and made by Can Fabes for Can Fabes. On the other hand, our wine list, constantly updated, contains hundreds of selections from the best AOC from around the world, in an attempt at finding the best wines to match our cuisine.
