Produce and people are the guiding lights of Can Fabes. The menu is made up with fresh seasonal produce from our surroundings – forest, field and sea: organic farming, traditional fishing. Fish from Blanes, mushrooms and lamb from the Montseny, truffles from Osona, peas and strawberries from the Maresme, rice from the Ebro delta, game out of the hunter’s pouch, all carefully chosen and cooked with the utmost respect for natural flavours, tastes and forms, as well as for the local culinary tradition. This is top-produce cuisine, traditional and evolutive, aiming at the essence of things, beyond their surface, using beauty and age-old wisdom to stir emotions and lasting sensations in our patrons.
