Santi Santamaria, assisted by Ivan Solà, use the seasonal wonders to create dishes which combine evolution, wisdom and experience to express an artistic ideal. Our fish comes straight out of the fish market in Blanes, and our vegetables and fowl come from organic farms in the Montseny and the Montnegre massifs. Thus, Can Fabes’ patrons can rest assured that they will be eating the best seasonal, local produce carefully handled to enhance its noble qualities to conjure up their memories and emotions.
Precision, neatness and charm, three of the features that define our cuisine, are also the defining elements of our service, led by Àngels Serra and Cándido Tardío.
Memory and evolution are also present in our two dining rooms, where past and future live side by side: one of the dining rooms has all the atmosphere of a 200-year-old house, but with all the modern conforts, whereas the other dining room is a triumph of contemporary minimalist design.

In a unique setting, in the middle of a dining room, the Wine Cellar, with a minimalist look and designed to fulfill its purpose to perfection, acquires a strong protagonism: 8,000 bottles from 325 AOC from around the world have been chosen by one of the best sommeliers in Spain, Juan Carlos Ibáñez, National Gastronomy Award, who will advise you on the perfect wines to match your meal, bearing always in mind your tastes and preferences. Can Fabes also has its own wines, the Cuvée Santamaria, and our customers can take part in wine-tasting sessions in our Cellar.
The Chef’s Table is a privileged spot from which one can follow the entire process of elaboration of the most sophisticated set menu available at Can Fabes: a complete culinary immersion.
The Dins Bar, with its cigar cave, its comfortable chairs and its intimate lighting, is the perfect place for the most delightful aftermath of a meal: coffee, drinks and conversation.
Our Showroom seats twenty people and has broadband Internet access to meet the requirements of our corporate clients, who need a fully-equipped meeting room to turn a working meal into a pleasant and productive occasion.
