Can Fabes and the Santamarias have been rooted in Sant Celoni for over two centuries. Devotion to the country and its people permeates the restaurant and the menus at Can Fabes, where natural, seasonal, local produce plays a leading role. But Can Fabes’ commitment to its roots  is also a commitment to modernity, apparent from the menu cover, designed by the great Catalan painter Antoni Tàpies, to the dining rooms, the rooms and, of course, our cuisine. At Can Fabes, classicism and tradition are recreated to evolve hand in hand every day to our customer’s delight. Dining at Can Fabes is a global experience: the meal itself, followed by unhurried conversation at the restaurant or at the Espai Coch. A drink, a cigar and a little chit-chat at the Dins Bar, and if it is getting late, a night’s sleep in our exclusive rooms. Pleasure and memories cannot be rushed. The clock never ticks at Can Fabes.
