Santi Santamaria was always eager to form and train teams. And the team at Can Fabes follow his inspiration. So if you want to join us, either as a stagier or as an employee, you should bear in mind the following:

In general:

• You must send an introductory letter and an updated CV by ordinary mail or email in Word or pdf format. References will be appreciated.
• Can Fabes cannot guarantee you accommodation.

For stagiers:

• Minimum stay is 6 months.
• Your hospitality school must provide you with a special contract and, for non-EU nationals, you must have all your papers in order.
• If you have not been sent by any hospitality school, you must be affiliated to the Spanish Social Security as a self-employed worker.
• Can Fabes does not charge any tuition fees or training expenses.

For those wishing to join our staff:

• In your introductory letter, you must specify if you want to work as a waiter or in the kitchen.
• Minimum stay is 2 years.

If you would like to join any of the other establishments supervised by the team at Can Fabes (Santceloni, Evo, Santi), you can also send your CV, specifying the place of your choice.
